Sarah Browne is an artist based in Ireland. Her practice includes exhibitions, publishing and critical writing. She also collaborates with Gareth Kennedy as Kennedy Browne.
Recent exhibitions include Unto This Last, Raven Row, London (2010); the Irish Pavilion at the 53rd Venice Biennale; Noughties But Nice: Twenty First Century Irish Art, Limerick City Gallery and touring (both 2009), and commissions for Visualise Carlow and the National Sculpture Factory (both 2007). She has participated in residencies at Fiskars village, Finland (2010), Platform, Vaasa, Finland (2009), apexart, New York (2006) and Bolwick Arts, Norfolk (2004) and was awarded an Irish Arts Council Artist Bursary in 2008 and 2009.
Forthcoming exhibitions include Minimalism and Applied II, featuring newly-commissioned work for Daimler Contemporary, Berlin (2010) and a solo exhibition at Project Arts Centre, Dublin, and the Ikon Gallery, Birmingham (2011).
